Last winter I wrote about our sparsely attended Homeless Memorial Day.
This week, one of the event participants, CC, died.
… As we went around the circle, the woman began her prayer of hope and grace.

Did she know then that she would lose her battle with alcohol so soon?
This December, we will again gather to remember the people we lost and will be thinking of CC.
Rest in Peace, CC.
